As a development and laboratory engineer, Igor Fickel is responsible for the further development and industrialisation of TECC technology.

His remit covers machine development as well as the commissioning and maintenance of equipment. He guides new technical solutions from the initial idea through testing to integration into existing processes.

A particular focus is optimising processes and equipment to create the conditions for economical and reliable industrial use of TECC technology.

Working closely with the development, production and quality management teams, he implements technical requirements and works on translating new findings into scalable processes.

Practical solutions, a structured way of working and the continuous improvement of equipment and processes are central to his work.
