As a development engineer at SOLYCO, Jürgen works on the development and industrialisation of innovative photovoltaic processes. His focus is the TECC process for interconnecting solar cells. From developing and building process prototypes through to manufacturing module prototypes and samples, he guides new approaches into practice.

In doing so, he combines his mechanical engineering expertise with his enthusiasm for sustainable technologies. His motivation is to develop technical solutions that contribute to more sustainable photovoltaics and help reduce the use of critical raw materials in the solar industry.

His work centres on hands-on development, technical understanding and turning innovative ideas into reliable, industrially viable solutions.
